What the membership does not cover.
The membership is a professional-care fee. Third-party costs are billed by the providers who supply them, so you are never paying us a markup on them.

- Laboratory testing
- Medications, including compounded prescriptions
- Imaging
How those are handled
- Laboratory testing can often be run through your own insurance, or at a discounted cash rate where available.
- Imaging is referred locally and billed by the imaging centre, and may be submitted to your insurance.
- Medications are billed by your pharmacy. Compounded prescriptions come from licensed compounding pharmacies.
We can provide a superbill for professional fees to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

The membership is not health insurance. It covers Dr. Khoudary’s professional care only. It does not replace health coverage, and it does not pay for laboratory testing, medications or imaging. Check with your plan administrator on what qualifies for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
