$500 for the initial visit, then $250 per month for ongoing membership. The initial visit is separate from the membership.

It is a flat monthly fee for professional care rather than a bill for each visit.

Yes. The membership is month-to-month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.

The membership is not health insurance.

Eligible expenses can generally be paid with HSA or FSA funds. Your plan administrator has the final say on what qualifies, so check with them first.

No. Prime Prescribers is private-pay, which is what makes unhurried appointments and direct access possible. We can provide a superbill to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Laboratory testing and imaging can often go through your own insurance, or at a discounted cash rate where available.

Prime Prescribers is a HIPAA-covered practice. Everything clinical lives in our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. This website has no forms and collects nothing about you.
